More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.

Also contained in this latest document release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling different parts of the property.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for boat shelters.

More images made public as part of the ongoing congressional release.
